Each tier is a floor, not a quote. Final pricing depends on transaction volume, number of entities and bank accounts, payroll headcount, and the state of the existing file. You get a fixed monthly figure in writing after the diagnostic — it does not move without your agreement.

Usually, yes. If the books need to be brought current or rebuilt before the recurring engagement can start, that is scoped and priced as a one-off after the diagnostic. We tell you the number before any of that work begins.

Yes — we provide tax strategies tailored to your situation, and coordinate with your tax preparer to produce everything they need: closed books, statements, reconciled schedules and supporting documentation. Tier 3 includes formal audit assistance and tax coordination.

Sage Intacct, QuickBooks and Xero as standard. If you already run something else, we will tell you honestly on the first call whether we can support it well or whether a migration is the better answer.

Yes. Plenty of engagements begin with bookkeeping alone and add reporting or advisory once the underlying numbers are trustworthy. Paying for advisory on top of unreliable books is money spent twice.

Engagements run month to month after any agreed initial term. No long lock-in — if the work isn’t earning its fee, you should be able to leave, and we will hand over the files in a clean state.
